Business Starter Workshops – The perfect introduction if you are thinking of starting your own business. This workshop has everything you need to know about the steps involved to establish a business and what you need to consider. You will be given some information about the Entrepreneurship Facilitator Services.
Business Growth Workshops – The topics for these workshops vary so keep an eye on our ‘Events’ page. We cover things that have shown up as common ‘pain points’ for business owners. A few examples may include marketing your business online, cash flow and budgeting, business planning basics, and market research.
Tell Us About Your Business
Your first meeting with an Entrepreneurship Facilitator is your chance to tell us about your idea or new business. We will do a basic business diagnostic and health check and let you know about other information and services you might need.
We can help you understand aspects of business operation including legal requirements, licenses, permits and registrations, marketing, financial management, taxation requirements and more!
We can also provide referrals to services to help you start and run your own successful business.
Your Own Business Plan
Business Planning & Strategy Sessions are available as stand-alone appointments or as part of an ongoing 3-6 month support program. Your facilitator will work with you to develop a plan for your business and identify a pathway for your business establishment and growth.
Let’s Do This Together
Facilitators can provide one-on-one support, mentoring and coaching if needed. Your Mentoring Program will run for a period of 3-6 months.
At your initial briefing, you and your Entrepreneurship Facilitator will decide on the frequency and types of meetings required. Then, at the first session of your Mentoring Program, there is an opportunity to review your existing business plan or create a plan to go forward.
Like any journey, your business journey begins with simply taking the first step, and ensuring you have a plan to put you on the right path towards your goal.
